Returns
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying 99NinetyNine.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately following delivery with details & images of the issue.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, if you open the outer carton the goods are shipped in or use the products, returns cannot be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault.
To request a return, email us at hello@99ninetynine.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation with images. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error where the original shipping cost amount will be refunded following receipt of the returned goods.
